Tips for planning a quince from the photographer's point of view

• 1. Book your photographer MONTHS in advance (especially if it's in Fall) to ensure a weekend spot!
• 2. Hire an event coordinator, I've noticed as a photographer this helps keep the night on track tremendously! Photographers are only there for a small portion of the night so it's important to have a well-thought-out timeline! They also help keep all vendors on the same page- communication is a HUGE deal for the big night.
• 3. An experienced DJ! Make sure they have done quinceaneras before. I've noticed some rush through the traditions leaving little time to capture gift-giving from padrinos.
